Do you sell to private customers?
No. PetsIQ is a B2B importer: we sell to pet shops, online sellers, brands, chains, wholesalers, groomers and vet clinics with a company and VAT number.
What is the minimum order?
Catalogue products can be ordered from the factory minimum shown on each product page — often 10 to 100 pieces. Products with your logo or custom packaging start from about 100 pieces per model. Different products can be combined in one shipment.
Why not buy directly on Alibaba?
You can — but then you are the importer: you pay a Chinese company in advance, arrange freight and customs, and you are responsible for GPSR labelling and product safety in the EU. We take over all of that and invoice you as an EU company.
Can you find a product that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. Send us a link or a photo. Our sourcing team gets quotes from several factories and comes back with options, prices and samples.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 6–10 weeks from order to your warehouse: 15–35 days of production plus 25–45 days by rail or sea. Urgent goods can go by air in 7–12 days after production.
Which countries do you deliver to?
All EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Prices in our offers are delivered to your address, with duties and VAT shown separately.
